What steps should I take to get CompTIA Network+ certified?

The CompTIA Network+ qualification is the leading vendor-independent qualification for those working in networking and demonstrates an understanding of networking functions and features.

The exam tests candidates on the latest skills needed for their work covering areas like basic principles on securing a network.

This certification is designed for candidates working in positions such as IT cable installers, help desk technicians, network technicians, network administrators and network installers. Ideally, those taking the exam will already have their CompTIA A+ certification and at least nine months' experience in their work or in academic training.
