How do I go about becoming a Certified Novell Administrator (CNA)?

The CNA certification demonstrates an individual is able to provide companies direct support for users in various environments, including large offices and small businesses, corporate information services and workgroups or departments.

There are two forms of CNA certification available: Novell Open Enterprise Server for NetWare and NetWare 6. To achieve one or the other candidates must complete the appropriate exam and it is also recommended they attend the appropriate course too.
