PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner

If you are a project manager who has been working in the field for some time without any formal qualifications, but has now made the decision to get certified, you will want to do it as quickly as possible, so a combined Foundation and Practitioner course will be the way to go. The combined course allows you to gain both certifications in one go, as the Foundation level exam will be taken part-way through the five-day course, with the Practitioner exam sat at the end.

To make the most of the combined course, it would be beneficial for participants to have experience of project management, project assistance/support or team leading.
