ITIL

ITIL® - an acronym for Information Technology Infrastructure Library - has been the leading best-practice methodology for IT service management for more than two decades and forms an integral component of any IT training budget. Structured in five volumes ( Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement) there are three levels of qualification, ranging from Foundation to Expert, available making the method accessible to a broad audience. For those perhaps interested in learning more about service management in general, how the qualifications work and what they represent, there is also a selection of Overview courses giving an introduction and outline of ITIL as a whole.

The ITIL Foundation course offers an introduction to the model and a general overview of how it works and where it is applied. This is aimed at those with some experience in IT looking to develop or begin a career in service management. The ITIL Intermediate certificate builds on the skills learnt at Foundation level which allows candidates to achieve and measure operational excellence in the sector. The Expert-level qualification is aimed at those with extensive experience in the field who have a gained a significant level of skill and experience and are looking to develop to the very top stage of service management.

Having developed close relationships with the UK's leading ITIL Accredited Training Organisations over a number of years and with more than 1,000 courses available in a range of dates and locations, we are uniquely placed to  advise you on the best solution for your ITIL training needs no matter what stage of the certification track you have reached.
